Second Group Meeting

Today we all told each other each of our ideas that we had now broken down into a shot by shot sequence. We each told each other what we liked about each others and offered ideas of how to change it slightly to be more practical and to adapt to what we have available to film with. For example Mia's idea involved a grave yard and when Adam came around to give us feedback he mentioned how it could be seen as disrespectful to film at a grave yard so we would have to find a different way around that. A similar thing with Otto's idea where he said how whoever we cast as the role of the fighter would really have to look the part and it would be difficult to make everything look authentic as if he is really going off to fight. When it came to my idea he said that he didn't have much to say and that he liked it and thought it would work. I had previously spend quite a lot of time thinking about the logistics of actually filming it and what we will have available to us. We have developed my idea to include a lot of what the others in the group liked to involve for example having the exorcism in the opening title sequence when originally it had the fight with the parents and showed the argument taking place. We have all been keeping an open mind and I think that when we all agree on what idea to run with we will be able to all work together to make it work to the best of our ability.
